Monitor Skatepark Trip

In May of 2023 we took our participants to Monitor Skatepark in Watts.

Using skateboarding as a way to expose our girls to new places they have never been is a fun and adventurous experience. We use skateboarding as a tool to enhance educational opportunities in neighboring communitities and expose our participants to new cultural experiences while also promoting independence.
